  Requirements

The Integrated Systems Division, part of ATK Mission Systems Group, is seeking a strong and very well demonstrated finance professional to lead the Division’s Financial Planning and Reporting (P&R) function. This position reports directly to the Division’s Chief Financial Officer. The primary customers of the P&R function include Division and Group Finance and Executive staffs. The P&R Senior Finance Manager will have the opportunity to build and develop a team of qualified finance professionals.
Examples of scope and responsibilities include: reporting, forecasting and variance analysis of periodic actuals, preparing monthly operational review packages, providing support to the business on annual and strategic plans, administering quarterly balance sheet reviews, administering monthly burden budget reviews as well as helping the division ensure GAAP and SOX compliance. Additional responsibilities include ad-hoc analysis in support of Division, Group and Corporate special projects and initiatives.
This is a key, strategic position within the Division and Group Finance organization with significant visibility to executive leadership throughout the Corporation.
This position will be located at the Integrated Systems Division headquarters in Woodland Hills, CA. Anticipated travel not to exceed 20%.

Job Profile
As the ISD Senior Finance Manager – Financial Planning and Reporting you will be responsible for:
 - leading the execution of all financial planning and reporting processes for the division while collaborating with finance teams across the division’s 4 sites in executing the following activities:
- Cost Collection and Financial Close
- Annual/Quarterly/Monthly Financial Planning and Reporting Activities
- Provide strategic business leadership including business analysis, program financials, budget and overhead rates and analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SARBOX, and other Government Accounting Requirements
- Lead/Support internal/ external audit activities, as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance
- MBA/CPA
- 10 years Finance/Accounting experience in the defense and aerospace industry
- 3 years leading and managing Finance functional teams
- Strong accounting skills
- Extensive experience using and working with ERP systems including Oracle, Deltek, Cobra, Costpoint, Hyperion, COGNOS, BPM, VBB
- Ability to analyze data and communicate information to executive management
- Self starter, exceptional motivation to make process definitions and improvements
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD secret clearance
