Job Description:

Insurance services agency located in the valley is looking for a Controller. In this position, the Controller will oversee and manage internal financial reporting, analyzing and enhancing accounting policies and procedures, as well as oversee the accounting functions. The Controller will be responsible for setting up audit plans and schedules, work with external auditors, and the representative of the organization’s accounting and financial standing

Requirements:

    *
      CPA with at least 10 years of accounting experience, with at least three in a management capacity.
    *
      Insurance industry experience REQUIRED.
    *
      Strong communication skills and systems acumen.
    *
      Statutory reporting experience is also necessary.
