BASIC FUNCTIONS:
· Support Optics Team Management, Optics Director, Category Managers and PLM.
· Maintain executive appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel.
· Produce information by formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
· Conserve executives' time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, and collecting and analyzing information.
· Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions.
· Maintain office supply inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, evaluating new office products, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
· Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements, troubleshoot malfunctions, call for repairs, maintain equipment inventories, and evaluate new equipment and technologies.
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Coordinate record control including time and attendance records.
· Compose, copy, and distribute routine correspondence such as letters and e-mail.
· Department budget.
· Compilation and updates of market data and training manuals.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
· 3+ years executive administrative experience.
· Project coordination experience.
· Travel logistics experience.
· Microsoft Office skills. Advanced computer skills.
· Administrative writing skills and reporting skills.
· Outstanding organizational skills. Detail and multi-task oriented.
· Time management and scheduling skills.
· Presentation skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff as well as outside clients and vendors.
