This is a very important position that requires ambition, commitment, dedication and drive to achieve aggressive objectives and standards. It demands initiative to assist in leading people and achieving results.
The successful candidate for this position will have five (5) to ten (10) years of successful management experience. He or she will have demonstrated experience and skills in regional management, leadership, credit, sales, marketing, business development, financial management, customer service, community service involment and operational supervision. A history of superior performance and tangible results are essential.
He or she will be accountable for the management of (8) eight Business Financial Centers throughout Orange County. The successful candidate will direct the management of the centers in the achievement of goals and objectives, while ensuring that the Bank’s “Customer Focus” core value is met and/or exceeded at all times.
Knowledge and successful experience in working closely with people is a requirement. Good to excellent Personal Computer (PC) skills are required and an interest and demonstrated ability in service to community, civic and service organizations are also required.
