The successful candidate for this position will have a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of successful Commercial Banking experience. He or she will have demonstrated experience and skills in Business Development (New accounts/deposits), Commercial Credit. Commercial Real Estate and C&I experience along with Portfolio Management. A history of superior performance and tangible results are essential. Experience in managing people is a definite plus. Good to excellent personal computer (PC) skills are required and an interest and demonstrated ability in service to community, civic and service organizations are also required.
