The successful candidate for this position must have a minimum of (10) ten years of Wealth Management and Trust experience with direct management of Administrative and Relation Management Officers.
Responsibilities include: Serving as Chief Fiduciary Officer, providing guidance and expertise; Ensuring all accounts are administered under the laws pertaining to Personal Trust and ERISA accounts; Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monitors expenses; Performs ongoing compliance of Trust administration and operational functions; Lead coordinator in the internal and external audits (FDIC and DFI); Maintain, revise and review all Trust Services policies and procedures; Meets with clients, prospects, accountants, attorneys, and other professional advisors; reviews all documentation and agreements prior to acceptance. Other duties include: Serving as Chairman of the Trust Committee and member of the Senior Trust Committee; Participating in the Bank’s Risk and Compliance Management Committee and maintaining all Risk, BCP, Vendor, DR and other bank related compliance requirements.
Requires a (4) four-year college degree (Masters Degree a plus) and CTFA preferred. Must have excellent organizational and communication skills as well
as a working knowledge of Excel and Trust software (industry related programs). Will provide “The Citizens Experience” to internal and external customers.
