Brasstech is a leading manufacturer of high end brass plumbing products. We have a great opportunity for several entry level and experienced Customer Service Representatives.
Under close supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Representatives are responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers by providing quality service.
This person will be responsible for:
· Serving as the primary point of contact for customers.
· Receiving incoming customer calls for orders or inquiries.
· Serving as a customer service leader within the company.
· Investigating and solving a wide variety of customer issues and requests.
· Using appropriate resources to resolve customer requests.
· Providing service excellence to both internal and external customers.
· Responding to all customer inquiries in a timely manner as assigned by management.
· Other duties and special projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have:
· A minimum of 1 - 2 years experience (for entry level) in a customer service environment, preferably in the manufacturing or distribution industry, in an inbound call center.
· A minimum of 3 - 4 years experience (for experienced level) in a customer service environment, preferably in the manufacturing or distribution industry, in an inbound call center.
· Excellent telephone etiquette.
· Basic PC skills.
· Pleasant, positive, professional attitude.
· Temperament to handle stress effectively; remaining calm and focused in any given situation.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Outstanding follow-up and follow-through abilities.
· Detail oriented and responsible.
· Proven skills in critical thinking and problem solving, strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities.
· Flexible and innovative thinking.
· Ability to use good judgment and work well under pressure.
· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
