Position Description
The Sr. Customer Support Specialist is an exciting opportunity to part of a dynamic and growing sales team. This position combines the skills of a Sales Support Professional and an Inside Account Management Specialist.
Desired individual will be responsible but not limited to the following:
- Work closely with FSB West strategic customers to ensure world class customer service
- Work on billing and pricing with Strategic accounts
- Provide contract assistance
- Credit file training for customers
- Assist Vice President and team with some administrative and travel tasks
- Sales team performance tracking
- Provide data quality report cards for customers
Position Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- 3+ years experience in a similar position in the Financial Services Industry
- Proven ability to meet deadline and commitments while multi-tasking
- Outstanding organization skills
- Exemplary verbal, written and communication skills
- Passion to do well
- Extensive working with experience in MicroSoft office products: Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Preferred Skills
-BA Degree preferred but not required
-Ability to travel to customer sight, if necessary
