The position of Technical Service Technician has the following responsibilities and requires Intermediate-Advanced level of technical knowledge and practical application in a lab environment:

Testing products and computer components/software in the testing lab.
Running benchmarks and tests on identifying problems and potential problems with products and documenting problem/solution.

Create technical documents (including Standard Operating Procedures) for use in training and standardizing processes.

Repair and handle Quality Control for systems including problem diagnostics, service, repair, and documentation.
