Description
Represent SAP functions within Oakley in all matters related to Finance and Controlling, provided it is approved by the Business Process Owner.
Ensure integration and flawless execution for the finance related process in the prospect to customer, procurement to pay, order to cash, plant to produce, record to report cycle end-to-end processes.
Lead projects and/or regularly coach other project personnel to ensure that the functionality is developed in a way that complies with business requirements and established methodologies and practices.
Provide data, configuration, conversion, support and enhance SAP knowledge in all areas, link with Financial and Controlling for existing or new entities (i.e. FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-GL, FI-AA, FI_TR, CO-CCA, CO-IO, EC-PCA, CO-PC).
Work to define and refine transactional and reporting solutions.
Implementation of 3rd party solutions in support of Accounting and Finance requirements where necessary.
Participate in the identification, developments of action plans, and ensure execution of all SAP best practices and change impacts as required for a successful go-live.
Monitor and report to management on the status of project efforts, anticipating/identifying issues that inhibit the attainment of project goals, and implementing corrective actions.
Solve all data related issues related to Finance and Controlling.
Ensure that all Finance and Controlling mission critical operations related to prospect to customer, procurement to pay, order to cash, plant to produce, record to report and only finance related are operational and accurate at go-live, so are executable without errors. The focus needs to be no impact to the customer.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5-7 years comprehensive SAP configuration experience in Finance and Controlling (FI/CO).
BS or BA degree in Finance or IT, or related field of study.
Deep understanding of end-to-end processes in Accounting, Finance and Controlling.
Superior project management skills. Experience in organizing, planning, and executing projects from vision through implementation, involving internal personnel, contractors, and vendors. Ability to analyze projects needs and determine resources needed to meet objectives
Demonstrate team spirit, accuracy, and a conscious work style.
Ability to perform under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines.
Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills.
Experience in implementing significant business changes from design to go-live.

PLUS FACTORS:
Preference to have worked on a global implementation across companies and process streams.
Knowledge of SAP CO-PC (Product Costing)/Material Valuation.
Some programming experience, preferably in ABAP.
Knowledge of BW.
Third party tools knowledge.
