Job Description: Universal Music Group is currently seeking an eCommerce & Analytics Manager for our Santa Monica, CA location.
Interscope, Geffen, A&M, is searching for an eCommerce and Analytics Manager to join the digital team. The position will both administrate existing direct to consumer and analytics systems, as well as create new processes to advance the reach, impact and revenue of our artist’s and brand’s web and mobile destinations.
Oversee concept, execution, testing, coordination of assets, code, and marketing for D2C offers
Job Duties
•Support D2C customer service issues
•Manage affiliate and referral tracking systems
•Administer Comscore & Hitwise reports
•Manage internal ad network and advise on external ad buys
•Google Analytics research, reporting and maintenance
•Interscope and artists site product and buy link maintenance
•CMS assistance / training

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate possesses a working knowledge of Google Analytics and Web Site Optimizer, as well as a strong understanding of web A/B testing. Experience with all Microsoft applications, primarily Excel is imperative. Data analysis experience required. Candidates must display an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high traffic environment. An eCommerce background is an essential requirement. Additionally, Comscore and Hitwise experience is preferred, as well as experience with web affiliate programs. An understanding of online advertising and ad trafficking a plus.
