Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MBA preferred. • Over 6 years related experience in collecting and analyzing data with Business Intelligence and Predictive Analytics tools, articulating findings to a wide variety of audiences in written and verbal communication. • Experience with Knowledge Management and Knowledge Management systems, toxonomy development, and information architecture. |

• The Manager of Business Intelligence is responsible for creating a centralized and consistent approach to collecting and analyzing all types of business process and performance data across the organization. • Reporting to the Director Strategic Planning and working closely with the IT Department and all levels of management, the Manager Business Intelligence will consult with all functions and departments to benchmark and measure performance, correlate with external data, and then provide analysis for both strategic and tactical business improvements. • He/she will also be responsible for Knowledge Management and Business Intelligence activities that support the Center of Excellence globally. • The Manager Business Intelligence will: a) Lead the execution of project work and monitor and support progress against project milestones to help ensure timely delivery of project deliverables, in scope and on budget. b) Assist leadership with the creation of proposals, business improvement projects, technology development projects, and business development activities. c) Develop and maintain a knowledge taxonomy with a group of experts for rapid access of data across the organization; develop organizational performance management capabilities, KPI/metric definition, benchmarking, score carding and dash boarding, and planning and performance reporting. d) With IT, develop governance, controls, processes and procedures, centers of competency, and change menagement. |
