We are currently recruiting for a Senior Vice President, Shred Operations.

Job Summary

The SVP, Shred provides leadership, vision, and direction to the Shred Business Line. The role is responsible for creating the Shred strategy and driving the strategy for growth and contribution. This will be accomplished through an understanding of industry trends, customer perceptions, and business goals. The SVP will develop strategic growth plans and work with internal business partners to ensure alignment with other business lines. This position will also have the overall responsibility for identifying new service offerings through internal resources and acquisitions. The SVP will be responsible for identifying areas to standardize and will work to secure brand image. The SVP will support the sales organization by identifying solutions for our customers and will provide strategic leadership for growth and management of Shred business as part of Shred leadership team.

Essential Functions

20% Create and drive the growth strategy for the Shred organization

Collaborate and partner with multiple internal and external business partners on trends, customers perceptions and business goals

20% Work with Product Management, Sales, and Account Management to identify new product and service offerings. Create and develop Shred offerings while continuously identifying solutions for the customers

10% Work with internal partners to include Operations, Account Services, Sales, etc., to identify efficiencies, find similarities, and opportunities

10% Own the pricing strategy for the Shred Organization

10% Research and evaluate acquisition opportunities to drive revenue growth and market share

10% Educate the organization on proper procedures and alignment

Manage 3rd party partners

5% Provide leadership and guidance to ensure all requirements are met and maintained for NAID certification

5% Report trends in the business and forecast future trends

5% Develop product differentiation

5% Provide the leadership necessary to attain a secure and safe work environment

5% Develop standard workflows and processes             
Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

    * 15+ years experience in a leadership role setting the strategic direction for an organization
    * Proven success in partnering with internal and external partners to drive revenue growth
    * Knowledge of Shred services preferred
    * Ability to make decisions and to think in broad terms, considering impact on entire company.
    * Excellent oral, written communication skills
    * Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships
    * Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
    * Very strong communication and negotiation skills required

Leadership: Highly capable leaders will be required to leverage internal partners to drive strategic plans and goals.

Problem Solving: Business line will require creative problem solving to identify, design, implement and manage business line strategy.

Nature of Impact: This business line is expected to grow to over the next 3-5 years. SVP, Shred Operations must manage the service line to ensure operational excellence, profitability and Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) for our customers.

Area of Impact: This role will be key in developing the Shred Business Line strategy to meet business goals and objectives. The SVP will own the definition, development and implementation of the Shred service offerings.

 

Interpersonal Skills: SVP, Shred operations must have the ability to work at all levels of the organization. The SVP will work closely with customers, sales, account services, and trade associations
