Under the corporate direction of the President, this position is responsible for the management of the company’s multi-functional data management and production processes. This dynamic role includes the direction of activities through subordinate managers and supervisors to meet client and company goals consistent with efficient cost, quality and delivery requirements. On an ongoing basis this person will review and recommend the proper technology, practices and human capital resource requirements for a myriad of departments.
We seek candidates who have a strong technological background, preferably working in an industry that deals with mass-transactional processes with a large number of customers. We expect this person will be a seasoned, professional manager who knows how to collaborate with executives at the highest level to make positive changes in the company, whilst having the ability to effectively relay those decisions to all levels of personnel to achieve success.
