We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager in our Torrance location.

Responsibilities
Individual will work with the Program Management Team to support international and domestic space customers to which Trident supplies high-reliability electronic and electromechanical piece parts for use in Military, launch vehicle and satellite applications.

Essential Duties
·    Responsible for management of performance, cost and schedule for multiple projects
·    Provide customers with timely status of technical, fiscal, and programmatic issues
·    Provide answers to daily customer correspondence
·    Work closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance and Purchasing to assure technical, cost, and schedule requirements are met
·    Must have a "Hands On" management approach with a focus on continuous process improvement and bottom line financial objectives


Requirements
·    Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent field
·    10 years related experience working with space/military applications
·    Strong knowledge of U.S. MIL and NASA specifications as they relate to military and space level piece parts
·    Proven track record in providing excellent customer service and a commitment to quality
·    Strong command of English
·    Good oral and written communication skills
·    Team Oriented
·    Strategic thinker.
·    Demonstrated ability to manage performance, cost, and schedule through the full life cycle of a project procurement.
·    Candidate must have demonstrated experience in program management of space level programs/projects – others need not apply for this position.
