JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • The Electrical engineer will be primarily involved in developing electromechanical systems involving electric and/or hybrid electric power generation as well as power conversion devices. 

  • Responsibilities will include: circuit design, component sizing and analysis, power and heat loss calculations, and circuit board testing. 

  • Primarily function will be to support project development activities, such as engineering analysis, prototyping of systems, and test setups, as dictated by the lead technical engineer and/or project manager.


 


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND:



  • Must have experience in electrical engineering. 

  • Knowledge of power electronics and/or energy systems is desired. 

  • Experience with college projects related to vehicle development is a plus.  

  • Proficiency in circuit design and analysis.

  • Electrical component sizing and trade-off analysis.

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
