JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Electrical engineer will be primarily involved in developing electromechanical systems involving electric and/or hybrid electric power generation as well as power conversion devices.
- Responsibilities will include: circuit design, component sizing and analysis, power and heat loss calculations, and circuit board testing.
- Primarily function will be to support project development activities, such as engineering analysis, prototyping of systems, and test setups, as dictated by the lead technical engineer and/or project manager.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND:
- Must have experience in electrical engineering.
- Knowledge of power electronics and/or energy systems is desired.
- Experience with college projects related to vehicle development is a plus.
- Proficiency in circuit design and analysis.
- Electrical component sizing and trade-off analysis.
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
