Position: Sr. Contract Administrator (CA)
Job Description:
Negotiate basic contracts on small project customers or bidders or elements of contracts on larger projects. Participates in the development and fulfillment of the firm's contract requirements. Examine estimates of material, equipment, production costs performance requirements and delivery schedules. Prepare bids, process specifications, test and progress reports and other exhibits that may be required. EOE.
Duties:
Each Program contract and/or Trade Package will be assigned a responsible Contract Administrator. Depending on the size and complexity of the contract, multiple contracts may be assigned to one CA. Contract Administration is the process of enforcing the terms of the Contract through such actions as evaluating contractor compliance and progress against the terms of the Contract, monitoring Contract deliveries, review and approval of Progress Payments for contract compliance, meriting, negotiating and processing Contract Modifications and Claims and conducting Contract Closeout.
