Recipient of a prestigious Michelin Guide star rating for 2009, Gordon Ramsay at The London West Hollywood is just off the thriving Sunset Strip in the center of West Hollywood.  We are carefully hand selecting the newest members of our winning team, searching for natural talent, attention to detail, and drive to provide unique customer service.  This challenging position will report directly and help support the Restaurant General Manager and is responsible for ensuring the prompt recognition and seating of all guests at Gordon Ramsay at The London West Hollywood as assigned and assists the Captains in providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience.  He/she is in charge of taking reservations, relaying information to the kitchen and front of house staff, cashing out all checks, and maximizing seating capacity within the restaurant, thereby increasing revenue.

To be successful in this role, a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of progressive experience in fine dining, luxury hotel or a related field required. Must be flexible and long hours are required. Ability to stand during entire shift is required.
