As Senior Compensation Analyst, you will create impact by:
* Administering fundamental salary administration and compensation programs, policies, and practices. Assessesing and making appropriate recommendations for various pay programs, structures and practices. Ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of compensation information (including communications, tools, and education), and acting as liaison to Human Resources Consultant (HRC's), HR management, and client groups.
* Administering ad hoc, periodic, and routine data analysis and reporting involving HR/compensation data and metrics from various sources integral to the compensation and workforce functions, including Peoplesoft. Leading compensation-related HR reporting for TFS, partnering with Workforce and TMS as required. Ensuring integrity of data and of reporting methodology.
* Administering variable pay programs and practices including annual bonus, ASM and Collections incentives. Assessing and analyzing programs, and making recommendations to ensure effectiveness. Partnering with the business, HRCs, and Payroll to execute in a timely manner. Overseeing true-up calculations and payments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Managing compensation salary survey data including data analysis and benchmarking.
* Managing GEM program for spot awards and contests, including reporting, budgeting, design, and processes. Consulting and partner with vendor, HRCs, and business partners to execute.
The candidate who fills this position will have the option to work a 9/80 alternative schedule which means working 80 hours over nine calendar days, with the tenth day off. The day off will be alternating Fridays.
Qualifications
TFS is looking for individuals with strong business sense and practical expertise. Successful candidates should have:
* 5-7 years experience administering compensation programs including base and variable pay, salary planning, incentives, salary structures, and job evaluation/classification
* CCP certification preferred
* Strong quantitative and analytical skills including data manipulation, querying, and reporting
* Advanced technical skills including:
* Expert proficiency in MS Excel
* Strong proficiency in Peoplesoft data querying
* Strong proficiency in Access
* Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects, including leading cross-functional teams and processes
* Strong attention to detail
* Highest level of integrity in managing confidential information
* Proven critical thinking and problem solving skills
* Ability to communicate and work with all levels within the organization
* Demonstrated initiative and ability to own projects and solutions in a results-oriented business
* Bachelors degree with emphasis in HR, Finance, or Business Administration
