Search-Marketing Manager

Product Partners’ Search-Marketing Manager will drive the effort to acquire new customers and revenue through paid search, SEO, and other efforts. The position will play a key role in contributing to the growth and profitability of Product Partners’ rapidly expanding online business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning, managing, and executing SEM campaigns working with agency and internal teams to create campaigns, develop testing strategies, and optimize paid search campaigns
• Report performance on all search efforts including spend, traffic, conversions, number of customers acquired, and ROI
• Optimize existing programs for new customer growth and revenue, maintain a test plan to improve search ad creative and landing pages, and make recommendations for on-site changes to improve acquisition programs
• Identify new acquisition programs to drive customer growth
• Investigate and implement new technologies, services, and automation capabilities and/or vendor solutions that enhance SEM efforts
• Develop plans to support new product launches and company initiatives
• Assist in development of annual business plan for SEM program
Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years’ previous online marketing experience (2–4 years of search marketing experience preferred)
• Experience managing large search budgets
• Experience with third-party bid management and analytics software
• Strong spreadsheet, word processing, and database skills
• Strong organizational, written communication and presentation skills
• Search engine certification (i.e., Google/Yahoo certification) desirable
• Strong understanding of Web/campaign analytics, including usage of various analytics tools and software programs
