Description
QTC is the largest private provider of government-outsourced medical and disability examination services in the nation. Our 25-year history delivering technology-driven examination solutions not only benefits our customers but also the industry as a whole. We were the first and only private examination provider awarded the Pilot Program Contract to perform Compensation and Pension examinations for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The US Senate called upon QTC for expert testimony regarding the value of such third-party examinations for the purpose of government-based programs. More importantly, the House of Representatives recognized QTC for our innovative solutions to plaguing industry issues.
Job Description:
* Through knowledge of product(s) and market(s) served
* Understanding of marketing principles and techniques as well as general business principles.
* Strong presentation and writing abilities (internal education, industry speaking events, collaterals, white papers, magazine articles and press releases.
* Ability to manage all aspects of a product launch by liaising with personnel in all departments at all levels.
* Plan organize and execute product launches
* Ability to work independently in environment that affords significant autonomy with minimal supervision.
* Operate as a matrix manager in coordinating resources from different parts of the organization.
* Excellent overall grasp of the QTC applications (or competitive alternative) and how it fits into the broader QTC solution portfolio.
* Understand key differentiators and feature/benefit areas and be able to enunciate these to internal stakeholders, customers/prospects, analysts/media, etc.
* Reasonably detailed and growing product knowledge by product line so as to be able to provide high-level demonstrations (within 6 months) and more detailed demonstrations (within 12 months), create marketing requirements (MRD) and progress new product releases from concept to launch.
* Hands on knowledge of QTC applications as an end-user or product expert
* Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Pivot Tables Project) and ideally Microsoft SharePoint.
* Strong overall technical abilities
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field, or equivalent experience.
* 5 + years experience in application software product management support, marketing, sales or consulting
* Excellent writing and communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
