APARTMENT OFFICE MANAGER


Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.
The Apartment Office Manager Manager is responsible for the daily operations of a 40-unit apartment building including the supervision of all administrative and physical aspects of the property
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Rent collection

  • Delinquency processing and management

  • Tenant selection: Occupancy and Vacancy management

  • Compliance and Recertification processing

  • Tenant relations

  • Property maintenance and repairs

  • Coordination and cooperation with corporate personnel


 
REQUIREMENTS:


  • Prior property management experience

  • Knowledge of affordable Section-8 housing regulations

  • Excellent communication skills: oral and written

  • Computer literate

  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities


G & K Management Co., Inc. is a diverse real estate management company with buildings throughout California. Government subsidized ("Affordable") multifamily complexes comprise approximately 60% of the apartment-living portfolio. The remainder of the portfolio consists of conventional apartment properties, as well as mixed-use properties and marinas, congregate care facilities, commercial/industrial, and for-sale housing.
