We’re looking for ambitious, driven, self-starters who want to be on the leading edge of developing technology and the social media evolution. This position is located in Santa Monica, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and opportunities from a list
- Keep records of all emails made through categorized organization
- Work closely with sales team to ensure outreach success rates
- Track sales goals and generate sales reports
- Keeping all records and updating sales management database
- Detailed data entry of all email contacts and prospective clients
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of email communications and Microsoft Outlook skills are strongly recommended
- Prior lead generation or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- In addition to having excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding problem-solving ability, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
- Ability to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Must have exceptional organizational, time management skills and a professional demeanor
- Must maintain high energy and enthusiasm and work well in a team atmosphere.
- Candidate should be flexible and capable of adapting quickly to a changing environment.
This is a temporary, hourly position. This person must be available full-time during normal business hours for 3-4 months. Ideally, this person will be open to converting to a permanent position if the opportunity arises.
