Responsibilities:
Manage a sales team focused on selling merchant services to a specific customer segment
* Ability to recruit, motivate and lead a sales team/organization.
* Help develop and manage employee compensation programs that balance company fiscal objectives with competitive industry compensation plans.
* Work closely with Segment Marketing Managers to ensure proper sales communication, reporting and campaign tracking.
* Contribute and work closely with Sales Operations and Sales Training Managers.
* Design, develop, prepare and direct short and long range plans based on business unit goals and growth objectives.
* Take a major role in gathering information and analyzing data to help create direct marketing programs.
* Responsible for articulating and executing long term strategic plans for the call centers to meet company goals.
* Develop and enhance new processes and procedural methods to become more efficient and to increase net promoter scores.
* Lead departmental meetings and participate and contribute to IMS' Sales and Marketing meetings.
* Responsible for ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed.
* Contribute to the ongoing improvement for all areas of telemarketing. This involves sales training, ongoing selling techniques, supervising skills, and compensation analysis and program developments.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
* Minimum three years as a telemarketing manager or supervisor.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong marketing, sales and management skills.
* Advance computer skills.
* Advanced mathematical and problem solving skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment and interact will all level of team members within the organization.
* Capable of maintaining a professional sales staff with emphasis on professionalism, personal and ethical growth.
* Experience in credit card processing industry highly preferred.
